With a classmate minoring in transportation management, converted the Freeway Bureau (MOTC) per-minute XML.gz feeds from every freeway vehicle detector in Taiwan into continuous time-series CSV. Our analysis of one interchange indirectly led to improved lane markings at the southbound Wujia System Interchange exit; the dataset is public on Kaggle.
